Transform Shame into Vulnerability, here’s how 😍
Shame seems to be one of the most common universal wounds we share as humans. Literally everyone I’ve ever worked with seems to have an aspect of shame present in their patterning, holding them back from feeling how they want to feel and being how they want to be.
On top of that, can we imagine that shame is actually the lowest vibration or most dense energy we have accessible to us in this life on Earth? It’s the heaviest, deepest, darkest energy we’ve got to work with, and it typically gets stuck deep in the body, coincidentally in the deep, dark wells of our lower chakras—from the root of the spine to the sacral and solar plexus.
It gets stored usually quite early on in life, before we can even remember logically what happened to trigger it into being taken on. This trauma memory gives way to countless protection strategies, emotional patterns, thought forms, and belief structures that end up being a lot to manage.
The energy we end up harnessing to keep all these protection programs in motion eventually feels incredibly draining and can result in all sorts of physical ailments and even various states of disease, which usually pop up simply to get our attention so we can heal the underlying emotional or psycho-spiritual issue at hand.
